Voluntary Humanitarian Action "Anthropomania" is a non-profit, non-governmental organization providing humanitarian aid and supporting human rights and vulnerable groups through the promotion of social, economic and cultural development and democratic ideas and processes.

It was founded in 1991 and is based in Larissa. From 1991 to 2011 it was operating under the name Center for Strategic Planning for Development "Dimitra" (C.S.P.D. Dimitra). In 2011 the C.S.P.D. "Dimitra" was renamed as VOLUNTARY HUMANITARIAN ACTION «Anthropomania».

It has been a partner of the European Community Humanitarian Office (ECHO). It has been working together with many government and non-governmental organizations for the development of its operational plans in various countries.

The vision of the institution is the creation of a world characterized by tolerance and social justice, where poverty will have been overcome and human beings will be living in dignity and security.
